Welcome to Bébégrow: an independent health visiting service. If you are reading this you are probably a parent or a carer who is looking for something extra
to ensure that you and your baby are supported for the first crucial years. A recent government report suggests that by the age of three babies brains are 80% formed and their experiences before then have shaped the way their brains have grown and developed.

My priority is to support you to care for your child by offering a variety of services including advice on managing teething, breastfeeding and sleep (how to get
as much as possible for you and your baby). There is an abundance of research evidence suggesting that when your baby is sleeping they are consolidating
their learning and experience to help them grow and develop.

I provide un-rushed, personal and professional care in the comfort of your own home. I can do antenatal visits to help prepare you for your new parenting
role by demonstrating a variety of techniques including how to bath your baby, feeding advice and sleeping positions. After your baby has arrived I can visit
and work with you and your baby to establish feeding and other routines and answer all those new parent questions you may have.

to meet your baby’s needs. I provide telephone consultations or one-to-one personalised home visits at days and times that are not just Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
